The First Tattoo Artist Ranking System

My boss, Jesse Smith, had the idea of creating a ranking system for the artists attending our Convention (The Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention). After much brainstorming and tweaking, we finally came up with this new ranking system.

Each pink gem at the top represents 5 years of tattooing.
Each colored gem at the bottom represents an era of the convention.

We created this system so our attending artist can show off their experience as well as their history in being a part of one of the oldest tattoo conventions in the world.
