Pay attention to what you love

I found @jesse_rix's seminar at the Eden Summer Symposium to be deeply inspiring and exactly what I needed to hear. Lately, I've been really wrestling with trying to figure out what I want in life and ultimately which direction to go in.

This is something I overthink on the regular, but what Jesse shared helped bring me back to reality. You don't have to know where you're going. You just have to listen to that voice within you and follow what feels right.

Thank you, Jesse, for being real and sharing your journey, along with some really insightful tips into your process. It's guided me back to my path and calmed my restless mind.
